Young Southwark executive
Young Southwark is led by a group of senior representatives from the key agencies providing services to children, young people and their families in Southwark.
Membership of the executive
The executive is chaired by Southwark’s strategic director of children’s services, Romi Bowen. The executive comprises a core group and five outcome groups, one for each of the five outcomes.
Young Southwark meetings consider whole system service management issues and focus on one of the five outcomes. The core group attend each Young Southwark meeting and the outcome groups attend the meeting which focus on their outcome.

Involvement from a broad range of partners
The young Southwark executive is supported by a broader structure of groups which focus on particular groups of children and areas for change.
These structures enable a broad range of partners to be involved in the work of the partnership.
