Mobile Sport and Play Unit
The Mobile Sport and Play Unit project offers supervised sport and play activities to Southwark's children and young people through one off community events. These events are targeted at people and places where access to sport is not readily accessible.
The unit can be set up at lots of locations and venues, including parks and open spaces, tenants halls, community centres, school premises, play spaces and sports grounds.
The unit has a wide range of equipment and materials on offer, all geared towards providing opportunities and activities in sport and play. These include bouncy castles, sports equipment, arts and crafts materials, badge machines, face painting and music provision.
