Ante and Post Natal Progressive Exercise

Post natal exercise classAre you pregnant or have you recently had a baby? Would you like to socialise with other women whilst getting back into shape?

You can join our progressive exercise sessions for women only, led by a qualified female instructor.

Sessions last one hour and crèche facilities are available.

When and where

Ante natal (during pregnancy) sessions 

  • Thursdays from 12.15pm to 1.15pm
    Wickway Community Centre, St.Georges Way SE15 6PL.
    There is a crèche that is available for children aged between 12 months and 5 years.
    (From September 11 2008 the session will run from 12.30pm to 1.30pm on a Thursday)

  • Thursdays from 12pm to 1pm
    Dulwich Wood Nursery School & Children's Centre, Lyall Avenue SE21 8QS.
    Please note that there are no crèche facilities available at this venue.

Post natal (after pregnancy) session

  • Thursdays between 1.30pm to 2.30pm
    Wickway Community Centre, St.Georges Way SE15 6PL.
    There is a crèche that is available for children aged between 12 months and five years. Children under 12 months can come into the class and help mum get back into shape.
    (From September 11 2008 the session will run from 1.45pm to 2.45pm on a Thursday)

Important information

  • Remember to check with your doctor before you begin exercising.
  • If you attend an ante natal session then you must be at least 12 weeks pregnant.
  • Take plenty of water along with you to the class and wear loose comfortable clothing.
  • Please contact us before you join the sessions for more information about the crèche.
