What We Do

Here are some of the ways we may be able to help

• We help to support adults with learning disabilities in Southwark
• We help with health care. Health care is what you need to stay healthy.
• We help with social care. Social care helps you to live as part of the community.
• We help with ‘transition’. Transition is when you are moving from children’s to adult’s services.
• We help if you are a carer for someone who has a learning disability.

Before we can help you we need to decide whether you are eligible to receive a service from us.        

We have different people who can help you. These include

• Occupational therapists
• Physiotherapists
• Psychologists
• Social workers
• Speech therapists

We also work closely with specialist psychiatry services for adults with learning disabilities.
