We provide a comprehensive general home care service depending on an assessment of your needs. Some of the other specific services are as follows
Laundry service
The incontinence laundry service collects once or twice a week and provides additional advice and support on continence.
Meals on wheels
Meals on wheels provides a delivery service of hot or frozen meals for a small fee.
Monitoring and alarms
The monitoring and alarm scheme uses technology to monitor a person's wellbeing at home and summon help if required.
Occupational therapy
The occupational therapy service provides equipment that can make it easier to live independently at home, such as seating and mobility aids.
Help after leaving a hospital stay
We have a support team that can provide help leaving hospital to ease the move back to home.
Supporting people programme
Our supporting people team provides a wide range of support in areas such as money management, keeping safe and healthy and developing domestic or social skills.
