    There are many ways we can support local people to stop smoking with counselling, support groups and cheap or free patches and gum.

  • Health and physical activities
    Find out about free activities for older people, antenatal water aerobics, organised group walks, the obesity prevention programme and more.

  • Sports and leisure
    There are lots of sports and leisure opportunities on your doorstep. The community sports section has information on sports clubs and disability sports.
