We work hard to ensure we provide high quality services and hope there will be times when you might like to say ‘thank you’ to our staff – we also understand that sometimes things do go wrong.
If you wish to send us any suggestions or compliments on our service
You can use our customer feedback facility, by either picking up a form from any of our offices or by completing our online comments and complaints form.
If you wish to make a complaint about health care
Please visit Southwark PCT's complaints webpage if you have a complaint, comment or suggestion about services provided by Southwark PCT, including information on how to make a complaint about a hospital, GP, dentist, community pharmacist or optician and the NHS complaint procedure.
If you wish to make a complaint
Complaints can often be resolved by discussing the problem with a member of staff. However, if we are not able to settle your complaint in this way or you are not satisfied with the answer you receive, you may want to make a formal complaint.

Formal complaints can also be made in writing or by telephone.
We will send you a letter telling you that we are looking into the matter and aim to reply to your complaint within 28 days. If we cannot reply in this time we will write and tell you, letting you know the reason for the delay.
