- Pensioners session every Thursday from 1.30pm to 3.30pm. Refreshments available
- Newington Councillor's surgery, 6pm to 7pm every third Thursday

There is wheelchair access to the library. The library is 50 yards from the street and there is no dedicated parking. There are no toilets.
