Homework Help Clubs

Photo of schoolchildren outside Peckham LibraryHomework help clubs provide children with essential study support from dedicated and trained staff. All Southwark libraries contain a wide range of material to help children with their studies and staff are always on hand to answer questions.

These specific homework help clubs offer even more support, with the majority of our homework helpers having a background in education.

One to one help is available and sessions are free. Equipment such as rulers and calculators are on hand.

Sometimes young people need information to help with their homework from sources that they can't take out of the library. Southwark Libraries will pay for black and white photocopies of books and computer print outs, when appropriate.

All homework help clubs are drop in sessions, so you don't need to book in advance. The sessions are held in term time only.
