Performance IndicatorsThe supporting people team monitors contracts with providers of our services in order to measure quality, value for money, outcomes and performance. Performance is measured using a standard set of performance indicators (PIs). These will be detailed in the provider's service level agreement (SLA) or in their contract with the supporting people team.
Reporting against PIs
All Supporting People services report against our performance indicators on a quarterly basis. An Excel workbook produced by the Department for Communities and Local Government (DCLG) is used to report on PIs. This is available to be downloaded on the spkweb.
