Feedback

The supporting people team's role is to commission review and monitor services that we fund through Supporting People contracts. An important part of this work is to hear your views. We welcome comments from service users, their carers and advocates. Whenever we make a decision on the future of a service, we will make sure you have an opportunity to comment.

You also have a right to provide feedback about the service that your are using. Each of our providers is required to have an impartial and comprehensive system in place to deal with complaints. However, please contact us if you feel unable to make a complaint in this way.
