To provide a high quality, efficient and supportive temporary accommodation service.
We will
- Ensure that at least 90 per cent of temporary accommodation is within Southwark
- Use bed and breakfast hotels for families for no more than six weeks, other than when accommodation is provided on a discretionary basis
- Carry out emergency repairs to your accommodation within agreed tenancy timescales
- Visit you within six weeks of your placement in temporary accommodation
