To aid the support of vulnerable people through funding and working in partnership with other agencies we will
- Monitor client services to ensure that the agreed level of support is being provided (this involves careful reviewing of performance information within six weeks of each four-month reporting period)
- Ensure that the service provider deals with service complaints effectively, and we will investigate serious complaints in relation to abuse of service users within three working days
- Hold meetings on a regular basis with clients, providers and stakeholders to ensure effective partnership working
