Special Needs

Our promise

We provide caring and effective housing support services, helping to promote independence and choice for vulnerable people living in the community.

We will

  • Assess your support needs within two days of an appointment, then work with you to agree an action plan to address your needs
  • Provide six month reviews for customers already using our special needs services
  • Carry out emergency repairs to your home within 24 hours and non-urgent repairs within three days
  • Carry out urgent repairs to supported hostels within one to three days and non-urgent repairs within ten days.
