To provide a caring and supportive service to older people in sheltered housing, promoting independence and respecting privacy.
We will
- Provide you with a 24 hour support service, with the help of a sheltered housing officer and the community alarm scheme
- Assess your support needs and agree a support plan with you within two weeks of your move to sheltered housing. This plan will be reviewed every six months
- Contact you every day before 10.30am and at the weekends by 12.30pm to establish any support needs you may have
- Provide a monthly programme of social activities
