We will
- Send you an invoice of estimated annual service charges by the end of March
- Send you a statement of your account every three months
- Consult you about any major works proposed on your property at least six months in advance
- Ensure that all official notices that we send out are subject to legal clauses, written in plain language that is easy to understand
- If you are having difficulty paying for your home, we will inform you about a range of payment schemes
