We are committed to working with you on our major improvements programme to bring all our homes up to a decent standard.

We will

• Consult the local area forum at least six months before and estate improvements start
• Tell you the name of the officer who can deal with customer queries on all contracts
• Invite you to a meeting to discuss details of contracts, works programmes and
  progress
• Ensure that our contractors agree an appointment time with you in advance if they need to come into your home
• Advise of payment options to leaseholders
