To provide advice and assistance to residents, helping them maintain and protect their property from falling into disrepair.
We will
- Once we have received your request, make an appointment to survey your home within ten working days
- Send you a 'maintenance advice pack' within ten working days of receipt of your entitlement to benefits or payment
- Send you a maintenance report within 15 working days of completion of survey
- If necessary, refer you to other agencies if a detailed investigation is requested in your maintenance report
