We will help you with more substantial improvements or repairs to your home, making it suitable for your needs.
We will:
- Visit you within four weeks of referral from your occupational therapist
- If your home needs adapting arrange for an approved builder to carry out and supervise the work while in progress
- Produce drawings and specifications for disabled applicants within eight weeks of the initial survey
- Help you to apply for loans to fund repairs to your home
- Help you apply for benefits that you are entitled to and maximise income
