Emergency Repairs and Gas RepairsEmergency repairs are those that are needed because of the risk of injury to people or major damage to your home. An emergency repair will often be temporary and more work may be needed. The estate property management staff will help you make sure these follow up repairs are completed.
Because of the urgency of these repairs, we cannot offer an appointment and we may have to ask you to wait in until our contractor can call.
Gas repairs
If you smell gas, please phone the emergency number 0800 111 999 immediately. This is a freephone number unless you are calling from a mobile phone. Repairs to any gas appliances that you have installed are your responsibility. You should report repairs to gas fires or boilers in the normal way.
