Chargeable Repairs

We will charge you the cost of a repair if it has been caused by your abuse or negligence, or if we have had to force entry because you have not allowed access for pest control, gas servicing or during a major work project.

If you want us to do a repair that is not our responsibility, contact the customer service centre on 0800 952 4444. In these circumstances, we will usually expect you to pay for the cost of the repair before it is carried out.
