Repairs to Council Housing

You can now report a repair online

If you are reporting a repair that is not an emergency you can also do that on-line here report a repair. As well as your name and address details you will also need your rent or service charge account number.

The easiest way of finding out which repair you need is by using the Reporting your Repairs booklet. Use the reference numbers on the page showing the repair you need when you call the housing repairs helpline.
