When and How to Pay Your RentWhen to pay your rent
Your rent is due each Monday for the following week. This is a condition of your tenancy. However, you can pay every two weeks or monthly if it is easier for you, but payment must always be in advance. If you pay every month, work out the amount of your monthly payments as weekly amounts x 52 ÷ 12.
Note: Some years have 53 rent weeks. When this happens, you should work out your monthly payments as weekly amount x 53 ÷ 12.
How to pay your rent
Direct debit
