Our Decision

When we have all of the required information and proof we will write and inform you whether your claim has been successful and, if so, how much will be paid.

If you think that we have calculated your benefit incorrectly or you do not understand our decision, you may ask us to look at your case again.

You should:

  • Put your request in writing, within one month of our decision
  • Give full reasons for your request
  • Provide any supporting documentation
