How Long Will My Benefit Claim Last? We no longer send out renewal forms for you to complete and return, and your claim will run continuously unless your circumstances change.
We will, however, be contacting you at some time during the lifetime of your claim to ensure that the information we hold is correct. This may be by visit, telephone or post. You must reply to these requests promptly, otherwise your claim may stop.
You must not rely on this process to report your changes in circumstances as you may have been overpaid benefit that we will then seek to recover.
