Reporting Changes

changes leafletIf any of the details you have given us change or new situations arise, you must tell us straight away. As the claimant you are responsible for providing us with the correct information for anyone within your household.

Your claim will not always be amended from the date of the change. It will depend on when we are advised and whether the change is advantageous to you, e.g. whether you will receive more benefit following the change.

If you receive too much benefit then you will be asked to repay this.
