Benefit Advice for Students

If you are a full time student you will not be eligible to claim housing or council tax benefit unless you also fall within one of the following categories

Couples or lone parents who are responsible for a child or young person
Disabled
Under 19 following a further, not higher, course
Aged 60 or more
Receiving income support or income based Job Seekers Allowance
