Enforcement

Southwark Council is committed to taking tough enforcement action using the full range of powers at its disposal against those individuals, families and businesses that disregard the wellbeing or health and safety of our communities, either through anti-social or criminal acts.

The Policy

Southwark Council's enforcement policy (pdf 117kb) will ensure all services involved in delivering enforcement have a common approach and enforcement is delivered to the same high standard.

The enforcement policy compliments the Safer Southwark Partnership's anti-social behaviour strategy.
