Any change of address or bank details must be received in pensions services by the end of the first week in each month to guarantee the change will be made for that month.

Pensions increase

The increase to pensions in payment for this tax year is 2.7% payable from April 10, 2006. This increase will be proportioned down for people who retired within the last year. Pensioners entitled to increases are those who are over age 55, or who retired early on ill-health grounds, or who are receiving spouses or childrens' pensions. Widows and pensioners who are over state pension age may receive part of this increase in with their state pensions.

P60s

P60 tax forms have now been sent out to all pensioners who paid tax during the tax year 2004/05. If you paid tax in the last tax year but have not yet received a P60, please contact pensions services.
