Health and Social CareSouthwark Health and Social Care is a partnership between the council’s adult social services and Southwark Primary Care Trust. Together, we are dedicated to improving the health and wellbeing of the people who live in the London Borough of Southwark.
We deliver, manage, pay for and are responsible for a wide range of services that thousands of local people use on a daily basis. We also buy the services local people need from a wide range of organisations including hospitals, specialist providers of mental health services, voluntary sector and community groups as well as, increasingly, the independent sector.
