 Contacting the council has never been easier, whether you need to call, see someone in person or prefer to access our services online.
Our customer service centre based at London Bridge can be contacted by phone or email and your query will be dealt with by a specially trained customer service representative, who will process your request and keep you up to date with its progress.
One Stop Shops
There are One Stop Shops in Bermondsey, Peckham and Walworth which have been designed to provide you with access to a variety of council services under one roof.
All of our three One Stop Shops comprise of
- Booth and interview rooms where you will be seen within ten minutes
- Access to internal departments via phones in self service areas
- Internet access to the Southwark website
- A handitill for payment of bills via cheques
- Literature and application forms on a range of council services including housing, council tax and housing benefit services
