Executive Member for Culture, Leisure and SportsCouncillor Robinson's portfolio is to promote and develop sport and culture in the borough, including leisure services and facilities, sports development, arts, museums and heritage, and libraries.
He has particular responsibility for:
- the performance of Fusion Leisure Trust
- implementation of the borough’s leisure investment programme
- southwark Community Games and other events
- lobbying for an Olympic legacy for Southwark
- improving the quality, standard and offering of libraries in the borough
- ensuring that sports, leisure and arts opportunities are realised by major regeneration projects in the borough.
