Have your say about your housing services We want to know what you think about your home so we can improve the services we deliver to you.
All local authorities are required by the government to carry out the STATUS Survey to gauge tenant satisfaction. Southwark Council has commissioned Ipsos MORI to carry out the survey on our behalf. Some 5,000 tenants will be randomly selected and sent the questionnaires in the week beginning September 22.
The results are confidential and will be used to plan improvement to our housing management services. The Council will not be given the names and addresses of tenants who have replied.
Everyone who returns their questionnaire will be entered into a draw with a chance to win one of three prizes of £50 or three further mystery prizes.
