New Elephant Open Network (NEON)
NEON was established to ensure that the creativity of local people has an influence on the redevelopment and regeneration of the Elephant and Castle area. NEON organise Elefest, an annual free film festival which provides local filmmakers with an opportunity to showcase their work on the big screen.
