Changes
It is essential that you tell the business rates section immediately about any changes affecting your bill, so that the correct bill can be sent to you as soon as possible.
Some examples of changes you must tell us about are
- You move out or no longer use all or part of the property
- You are no longer responsible for the property
- You no longer qualify for a reduction/relief
- A person who is jointly liable to pay the bill moves out
- Your correspondence address alters
- Your company name changes
If you have moved or are no longer responsible for the property you can download a moving form (pdf 24KB). Once you have completed the form, send it to

You can also download a general change of circumstances form (pdf 36KB), which can be used to report general changes.
Once we have all of the information we need we will amend our records and send you a revised bill.
