Review TeamThe review team deals primarily with premises the council occupies in order to deliver services. It acts as consultant and advisor to other departments in respect of their property issues and makes recommendations on the best use of the council’s property.
The team is currently involved in:
- Managing office refurbishments
- Disability Discrimination Act requirements
- Dealing with office relocation requirements
- Managing maintenance contracts
- Letting accommodation to council contractors
- Reviewing office accommodation
- Party wall issues
- Reducing the number of vacant properties
