The commercial lettings team operates within the portfolio management unit. Our role is to let council owned commercial properties on the open market as soon as they become vacant.
By re-letting properties quickly, we aim to maximise rental income for the borough and minimise voids which impact negatively on Southwark's street scene.
The mainstay of our work is involved with the marketing and letting of commercial shop premises, offices and industrial workshops.
