Q. I have visited a licensed premises and I don’t think it's safe - what can I do?
A. If you've visited a venue providing licensable activities and you are concerned that some aspect of the operation is not being properly managed, please call us on 020 7525 2000, or email environment@southwark.gov.uk. Or, complete and print out a Complaint Regarding a Licensed Operation form, and return it to the address below.
We will investigate the matter and let you know what action we've taken.
Q. I want to report an unlicensed premise that is operating licensable activities - what can I do?
A. If you believe that a premises operating licensable activities may not hold a licence to provide those activities, please call us on 020 7525 2000, or email environment@southwark.org.uk. We will investigate the matter and let you know what action we've taken.
Q. I am experiencing a problem with noise nuisance - what can I do?
A. If the noise from a licensed premises is troubling you, please contact our 24-hour Noise Service on 020 7525 2000, or email environment@southwark.gov.uk
Q. I am experiencing a problem with disturbance - what can I do?
A. If customers from licensed premises are causing trouble or disturbances, you should contact your local police station first. The police may be able to deal with the situation. If the same problem happens regularly, please contact us on 020 7525 200, email environment@southwark.gov.uk, or complete and print out a Complaint Regarding a Licensed Operation form, and return it to the address below.
