Launderette MaintenanceLaunderette businesses must ensure that there is a planned maintenance programme for their launderettes that includes details of:
- the equipment
- the task
- the frequency of checks
- the persons responsible
Checks should be recorded in a written form. The record should also show the following details for each item of equipment and/or machine:
- identification
- date of test
- person responsible for checking/testing
- result and any action taken.
