Fork Lift Truck Operators

You are required to keep training records for any fork lift truck operators in your company and you must specifically authorise your operators by providing written authorisation to your fork lift truck operators.

This company authorisation should specify the type of lift truck and work for which you have found the operator competent. Authorisation should be for a specified period and any subsequent renewals must be based on your satisfaction with the continuing competence of the operator.
