Business Name

All business owners are required by the Business Names Act 1985 to display the following information on their premises:

• in a partnership business, the name of every partner
• if a sole trader, the name of the individual
• full company name if a limited company
• an address in the UK for service of all business related documents

Employers Liability Insurance Certificate

All employers must have the appropriate Employers Liability Insurance against any employees claim for injury or illness. An up to date certificate for this must be displayed on the premises. Your insurance company should be able to provide you with further information.
